Due to current product design have the trend for smaller and thinner; AMT touch panel design is working on the narrower boarder.
 
And our product can add some other external accessories, for example double side adhesive or sponge. AMT also has many available FPC tail for customer selection, customer does not need to make new tooling to save the lead time and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
 
Once customers need OEM products, they need to fill in quotation checklist, and select a proper tail. Then we can provide more precise quotation.
 
Low Reflective Touch Screen
AMT provide two series of low reflective touch screens, Linear polarizer (LN) and Circular polarizer (CR) type. AMT’s LN series of touch screens utilize application of a polarizer film, and the CR series application of a circular polarizer film with or without additional quarter wave retarder.

The design of the Low Reflective Touch Screen is dependent on your LCD display absorption axis angle. It is very important for us to know your selected LCD display absorption axis angle, only them we can select or design a proper low reflective touch screen for your application.
The LN touch screen is enhanced by additional of a polarizer film, resulting in superior application in handheld products with reduced weight, for smaller touch screens of 3” to 7”.
 
Circular polarizer touch screen uses a linear polarizer to convert incoming light to a specific direction, and the first layer of quarter-wave film further converts the light to a circular clockwise polarity. Thus reflection is reduced considerably to less than 1.5%.
 
 
Glass Film Glass Touch Screen
AMT GFG touch screen is an innovation employing advanced material engineering resulting in a lamination that combines the properties of a hard glass surface, which is typically associated with glass touch technologies such as capacitive or surface wave acoustic but with the flexibility of resistive touch screens.
The top thin glass has a hardness of MOHS 5, which is scratch resistant, water-proof, and impervious to most chemical. The touch screen is ideally suited to industrial application, medical devices, food equipment Industrial, marine application and other harsh and rugged outdoor environment such as gas stations, chemical factories, etc.
