Year 2011 will be over in a few days’ time, there are so many issues we should be gratefully when looking back this year. We truly appreciate all your kindly support that helps us to get through this year. There were many natural disasters happened during this year, the earth quake, tsunami, hurricane and flood crisis causing great impact to many people around the world. We are grateful and thank our Lord that, AMT has reached our sales goal even under such circumstance because of all your kind support.

Quality is the essence of AMT Goal; we thrive to provide the best quality touch screens to satisfy our valued customers. In this year customer survey, our delivery schedule was not up to customer satisfaction. Our immediate action is to determine the root cause. We have a contingency plan in place now to improve the critical path, thus we believe our delivery schedule will be able to meet customer expectation in 2012.

In this year, we have presents many new product innovations for our Advanced Resistive and Projected Capacitive touch solutions including the controllers and drivers. These new products are being widely acclaimed by our customers. The projective capacitive touch solutions were released for sale from size 10.4” and below, other large sizes will be ready soon. AMT is able to provide Total Touch Solution to our customers; this is the core of our value-added advantage. Not only AMT can design and produce customized touch sensor and by working closely with PenMount engineering team to develop on touch controllers and driver support for resistive and projected capacitive touch. We will continue to provide total solution for ease of integration to customer’s system.

AMT pride herself for continuous improving on our quality of our products and constantly spend lots of resources to improve the ability and knowledge of all our employees. We have a quarterly study group to share our views on the Book we have been assigned to study. This helps to improve our management skills and character. There are also on-going QCC (Quality Control Circle) activities for product quality improvements. These efforts keep us moving forward for the up and coming challengers. If everyone in AMT has the right attitude for work, the quality of our product and service will be better than ever.
