Key efforts include optimizing operations and adopting sustainable packaging and resource reuse strategies. In 2023, we completed our inaugural greenhouse gas inventory audit. Additionally, we focus on water recycling and have implemented an advanced energy monitoring system to improve efficiency. These measures contribute to our goal of environmental preservation, climate change mitigation, and energy conservation for future generations.

Community Well-being and Workplace Inclusivity

AMT embraces social responsibility by not only continuously caring for and giving back to society but also striving to create a harmonious, equal, diverse, healthy, and safe work environment. We prioritize employee education, rights, and welfare, offering talent training to foster continuous growth. AMT has long been contributing to social welfare, assisting thousands of students, children, and hundreds of social organizations. This year, we donated to the Libertas Educational Foundation to support rehabilitation and anti-drug activities. Additionally, we provided rice and vouchers to low-income households and vulnerable families in the Keelung Anle District, aiming to convey care and support. Furthermore, we encourage employees to participate in volunteer activities to create a cycle of kindness and warmth in society.
