We wish all our partners, friends, and families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 2024 has been a year full of challenges. Amid fierce market competition, we actively adjusted our product strategies, continuously innovating and launching new products and services to meet customer needs. 2024 is also a year worth celebrating. Sigma Touch Display Solution
This is one of the key products launched by AMT this year. We integrate LCD panels and projected capacitive (PCAP) touch panels into a single module. By combining LVDS, touch panel, and LED driver control signals into a unified 51-pin connector, Sigma Touch Display Solution (TDS) simplifies installation for our customers.
- Sigma TDS is available in sizes of 7", 10.1", 12.1", 15.6", and 21.5".
- Industrial-grade LCD panels with brightness options of 500 nits or 1000 nits.
- PCAP touch panels with anti-UV design and chemically strengthened cover glass.
- Features include anti-noise capabilities and operation with thick gloves.
光学貼合 Services
AMT continues to refine 光学貼合 techniques, offering exceptional services for bonding touch panels or cover lenses (glass, PC, or PMMA).
- Utilizes OCA bonding process, eliminating the risk of adhesive overflow.
- No curing required after bonding, preventing display Mura issues.
- Supports 光学貼合 for displays ranging from small sizes up to 43".
- Capable of curved or dual-screen bonding.
- Uses Lucent Gel OCA, made of silicone, with excellent weather and UV resistance.
Green Display Solutions
With the growing ePaper (ePaper or EPD) market, AMT provides value-added services tailored to ePaper applications:
- Adds front light guides and light bars to enhance visibility in low-light environments.
- Bonds IR cut film to prevent overheating in outdoor high-temperature conditions.
- Offers UV protection to safeguard ePaper from UV damage.
- Bonds glass, touch panels, or others components to ePaper displays.
