ルーセントゲルは、独自のシリコーン系固体透明接着剤（SOCA）です。ルーセントゲルは、アクリル系液体接着剤に比べて多くの利点があります。ルーセントゲルは、均一な厚さに予め硬化されたシート状で、お客様のご要望に応じて形状にカットすることも可能です。ルーセントゲルは、汎用性、耐久性、利便性に優れた接着剤です。タッチパネルやLCDパネルのラミネート加工にこの材料を使用することで、お客様の製品は必須認証の要件を満たすことができます。
耐候性
ルーセントゲルはシリコーンを主成分としています。アクリルゲルやPUゲルと比較して、ルーセントゲルは安定性が高く、極端な温度や紫外線に対する耐性も優れています。このゲルは高湿度・高温環境に適しており、-40℃～+80℃の幅広い温度範囲で使用可能です。紫外線によるひび割れ、発泡、黄変はほとんど発生せず、ASTM G154サイクル1（1,000時間）およびQ-Sun 1,000時間紫外線耐性試験に合格しています。
最適な光学性能
ルーセントゲルの光透過率は94%に達します。ルーセントゲルは接着後に硬化させる必要がなく、膨張収縮率が低く、ムラ効果も大幅に軽減されます。ルーセントゲルの厚みは均一で、表面にしっかりと密着します。ルーセントゲルの素材は柔らかく弾力性があり、気泡が発生しにくいのが特徴です。AMTのユニーク光学貼合このプロセスにより、液晶画面の端からのバックライト漏れが発生する可能性が低くなります。AMT0.2mmから1.8mmまでの様々な厚さのルーセントゲルを提供しており、他のLCDに合わせて異なる厚さやサイズにカスタマイズすることも可能です。

ルーセントゲルは優れた衝撃吸収性を持ち、エアボンドよりも1.5倍の衝撃吸収力があります。厳しい表面衝撃仕様を満たし、工作機械や屋外用途の要求にも応えます。さらに、高粘度のため、タッチスクリーンとLCDの接着を長期間維持できます。これらの特性は、自動車、携帯機器、堅牢型システム、ミッションクリティカルシステムにおいて非常に重要です。
