PCAP táctil resistente al agua
Aqua Proof PCAP Touch utilizes self-capacitance measurement technology, allowing accurate operation even when flowing water is on the PCAP touch panel. Two design options are available: Opaque PCAP buttons: patterns and sizes customizable, and Transparent PCAP buttons: which can be combined with an LCD, allowing customers to design the buttons' appearance.
PCAP Force Touch
For some touch systems that prioritize safety. We incorporate piezoelectric elements to detect pressure on the PCAP touchscreen display. The user needs to apply greater pressure when touching to activate certain safety-related functions. This design also makes the PCAP touch screen less interfered by noise, while supporting multi-point and gesture operations.
Anti-UV Solution
The greatest challenge for outdoor applications is UV radiation. AMT provides several anti-UV solutions that pass the MIL-STD-810H PRO 1 for 1,000-hour test and ASTM G154 Cycle 1 for 1,000-hour test, effectively preventing plastic yellowing, bubbling, or cracking. These solutions suit outdoor charging stations, vending machines, gas stations, kiosks, and others.
e-Paper Optical Bonding
AMT EPD/ Ch-LCD optical bonding technology will make its first appearance at COMPUTEX Taipei: we can apply a cover glass on the surface of the EPD/ Ch-LCD for further protection or add a front light guide plate on the EPD/ Ch-LCD, allowing users to see the screen content clearly under low-light environments. Lucent Gel solid OCA designed and produced by AMT is soft and can be bonded with low pressure, making it suitable for bonding displays that require low pressure.
Value-Added Touch Display
- TDS Plus: Design with added metal components for enhanced assembly convenience.
- TDS High Brightness: Utilizes high-brightness LCD panels suitable for outdoor, automotive, or medical product applications.
- TDS All-Black: The glass has an all-black coating, reducing the color difference between the LCD display area and the black frame of the touch panel when the LCD panel is off.
- TDS Vi-K: The glass surface is coated with an antiviral/antibacterial coating, available with Clear or AG surfaces, providing protection for over six years.
