In Windows Vista & 7 (PenMount controller is touch digitizer device), please go to the control panel, launch "Pen and Input Devices" in Windows Vista, or "Pen and Touch" in Windows 7, then change the "Double-tap" settings in the "Touch" tab (Do not change the one in the "Pen Options" tab by mistake).
