The controller firmware incorporates high-speed signal processing and dynamic filtering algorithms, along with hardware and firmware-based Frequency Hopping technology to significantly enhance noise immunity. The system complies with IEC 61000 (RS / CS / EMI) standards and operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, ensuring long-term stability in harsh environments.
Highly Flexible Customization
PenMount waterproof PCAP buttons are available with two control boards—PM1650 and PM1651—supporting multiple GPIOs and various communication interfaces (UART / I2C / GPIO). The solution is compatible with Windows, Linux, and RTOS, enabling flexible integration across diverse platforms. It can also integrate LED indicators, buzzers, and light guide control modules to build a complete interactive HMI.
In addition, both opaque and transparent PCAP button designs are supported. Button patterns, sizes, and product UI can be customized to help customers quickly develop differentiated product designs.
