Introducing the AMT Sigma Series Touch Display Solutions (TDS)! Customers often face challenges in aligning interfaces and signal PIN definitions across different panel manufacturers, a process that can be both time-consuming and labor-intensive. The AMT Sigma TDS addresses this issue head-on with its standout feature: a highly integrated connector with identical PIN definitions that combines LVDS, touch panel, and LED driver control signals. This design ensures uniform PIN definitions, offering high compatibility and simplifying integration into customer systems.

The AMT Sigma Series TDS showcases high-brightness LCDs, available in 500 nits or 1000 nits, ensuring visibility in outdoor or semi-outdoor environments. These displays are built to last, with an LED lifetime ranging from 50,000 to 70,000 hours. Furthermore, each unit in the AMT Sigma TDS lines is UL listed and pre-scanned for CE/FCC, affirming their quality and safety. The upcoming release will feature a variety of sizes including 7”, 10.1”, 12.1”, 15.6”, and 21.5”. Additionally, we provide options to affix cover glass or touch panels onto EPD or Ch-LCD surfaces, and the capability to integrate a front light guide for improved visibility. Large-Size Resistive Multi-Touch Solutions

AMT will also unveil our new 21.5” large-size Resistive Multi-Touch (RMT) solutions, featuring the advanced PenMount PM6602 controller board. For applications requiring smaller touch interfaces, we offer the compact PenMount PM6601 controller board. Our RMT solutions are designed to be resilient against noise interference across diverse environments, supporting multi-touch capabilities and gesture operations for enhanced user interaction.

Lucent Gel OCA

Lucent Gel, our proprietary silicone OCA, is available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 1.8mm. This solid sheet material can be custom cut to specific sizes and shapes as requested by customers. It provides superior weather resistance, protecting against yellowing and cracking from UV exposure. Additionally, Lucent Gel offers exceptional shock resistance, making it ideal for use in outdoor environments or with specialized equipment.

Anti-UV Solutions

The primary obstacle for outdoor applications is UV radiation. To combat this, we have developed an anti-UV glass coating that has successfully passed the MIL-STD-810H PRO 1 - 500-hour and ASTM G154 Cycle 1 - 500-hour tests. This coating effectively protects against the yellowing or cracking of plastics. This solution is ideal for use in outdoor charging stations, vending machines, gas stations, kiosks, and similar settings.
