iBTPS-1104 Touch IC with Advanced Features

Developed by iBLab, the iBTPS-1104 touch IC incorporates AI and neural network technologies to enhance computing performance and touch signal analysis capabilities, improving touch recognition stability and reliability across various environments. The iBTPS-1104 is integrated into PenMount PM1420 and PM1720 touch control boards, offering several advanced features:

  • Waterproof & Oilproof Touch Operation
    This function supports stable and smooth two-finger touch operation even when running water covers the touch panel surface. iBLab has further optimized the technology for industrial environments with oil contamination. Even when machine oil covers the touch panel surface, stable and smooth two-finger touch operation can still be maintained.
  • Force Touch & Position Sensing
    This function is designed for saline environments such as marine equipment applications. When the firmware detects saline water on the touch panel surface, normal touch input is disabled and switched to force sensing mode, allowing the system to detect applied pressure and pressure distribution to identify correct touch signals.
  • Thick Gloves Support
    Users can operate smoothly while wearing work or protective gloves. The solution supports gloves up to 5 mm thick, making it ideal for industrial environments, cold chain logistics, outdoor maintenance, and other applications requiring thick gloves.
  • Stylus & Pencil Touch Operation
    For applications requiring stylus input, the computing performance of the iBTPS-1104 supports both finger touch and stylus input. Stable and smooth touch operation can even be achieved using a standard pencil.
  • Haptic Feedback Integration
    Haptic Feedback technology enhances the touch experience through vibration feedback, reducing uncertainty and repeated operations during touch interaction.

  • Waterproof Touch Buttons
