The recommended installation method for the Sigma X Open Frame series is side mounting using adjustable brackets on both sides of the customer panel. Attach the brackets to the customer panel according to the cut-out drawing, insert the touch monitor into the panel opening, adjust the monitor depth until the front is flush with the customer panel, and secure the brackets to the touch monitor with the included M4 rounded-head screws. The Sigma X series also supports standard 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting using M4 screws. For VESA mounting, use a tightening torque of 13 to 15 kgf-cm and a maximum thread depth of 7 mm. The attached drawing shows the recommended side-mounting method.
