What size can AMT optical bonding be made?

AMT can laminate 32” LCD.

What glue is used for AMT optical bonding? OCA or OCR?

AMT uses self-developed silicone OCA (Lucent Gel), with a thickness of 0.2mm to 1.8mm. For more information about Lucent Gel products, please visit the following website: www.lucent.com.tw

Does AMT undertake optical bonding OEM business?

AMT can undertake pure OEM for optical bonding. Both touch panel and LCD can be supplied by customers. If the customer wants the LCD to be purchased by AMT, AMT can also cooperate.

What types of displays can be laminated by AMT?

AMT can laminate bezel LCD, cell tape LCD, Open Cell, OLED and e-paper.

What types of cover lens can AMT laminate?

In addition to 2D glass and plastic covers (including PMMA, PC & composite plastics), AMT can also laminate 3D plastic mechanical components and optical films.

Can AMT do curved lamination?

Yes. AMT will discuss with customers after obtaining the drawings and actual products.

Does the SOCA used by AMT have the function of UV cut?

The SOCA used by AMT is silicone, which is UV resistant and cannot block UV light. If the customer needs UV cut, it is recommended to choose AMT's touch solution. AMT can add UV cut function to the touch...
