AMT’s Touch Display Solutions (TDS) are designed specifically for the transportation industry:

• AMT PCAP touch panels are highly durable, operating in temperatures from -40˚C to +85˚C and storing safely in temperatures from -50˚C to +90˚C.
• The UV-resistant design meets ASTM G154 Cycle 1 and MIL-STD-810H standards, passing 1,000-hour tests to prevent UV damage.
• Advanced ink is used for the cover glass décor frame, offering excellent resistance to weather and UV exposure, preventing peeling and discoloration.
• Anti-corrosion design protects the touch panel’s silver wires from oxidation.
• Special hardware and software designs with proper assembly and firmware adjustments ensure electromagnetic shielding, meeting DO-160 standards.
• The all-black design reduces color differences between the LCD display and the touch panel frame when the LCD is off.

Advanced Optical Bonding Technology

AMT also offers advanced optical bonding technology for transportation applications:

• Supports flat, curved, irregular-shaped, and dual-screen bonding to meet various requirements.
• Compatible with metal-framed LCD panels, tape-sealed LCD panels, Open Cell displays, and ePaper displays.
• For outdoor or high-temperature environments, it not only provides UV resistance but also offers IR-resistant products, which can block infrared rays and lower system temperatures by about 6°C.
• Applicable to various LCD panel sizes, from small to 43 inches.
• Ensures at least 1.5G vibration resistance after bonding; higher specifications can be customized.

High-Performance Lucent Gel OCA

AMT's optical bonding uses Lucent Gel, a silicone-based OCA with excellent weather resistance and UV durability. It can withstand extreme temperatures (-50°C to 98°C) and high-temperature, high-humidity conditions (85°C / 85% RH) for 1,000 hours, effectively preventing yellowing or bubbling caused by UV exposure. Lucent Gel provides 94% light transmittance, requires no curing after bonding, minimizes mura effects, and has uniform thickness from 0.25mm to 1.8mm. It also provides strong adhesion and shock absorption for long-term reliability.
