Advanced Features of PenMount PCAP Touch Controllers

• Advanced capacitive watering touch
  Equipped with the latest iBTPS-1104 touch controller IC, this feature supports dual-finger operation under running water, ensuring stable touch performance in wet environments.
• Capacitive watering button
  This PCAP touch button supports accurate operation even under running water or saline conditions, making it suitable for smart home appliances and medical devices.
• PadSense
  When a user presses on the touch screen, the controller registers a valid touch only when it detects changes in the finger contact area. This technology is called PadSense. It helps reduce false touches and enhance system safety, making it especially suitable for industrial HMI, medical, and other safety-critical applications.
• Thick glove operation
  Enables smooth operation even when wearing thick gloves, supporting gloves up to 5 mm thick. Suitable for industrial environments, cold chain logistics, and outdoor maintenance applications.

ePaper Display Solutions

To meet the needs of low-power display applications, AMT provides three types of ePaper display solutions for different customer requirements:

1. ePaper modules: Featuring anti-UV design, combined with cover glass or touch panels, and optional front light guide integration based on application needs.
2. ePaper Open Frame displays: Combining ePaper modules with a TCON board and mechanical design to create ePaper Open Frame products.
3. ePaper display systems: Integrating ePaper displays with a mainboard and providing a Software Development Kit (SDK), enabling customers to develop their own applications.
