This year, AMT has curated four exhibition areas: the latest Aqua Proof PCAP Touch, PCAP Force Touch and Resistive Multi-Touch (RMT), curved optical bonding technology and Lucent Gel, and the value-added Touchscreen Display Solution (TDS). Here are some highlights of the product features of this exhibition:

● Aqua Proof PCAP Touch

We have PCAP touch buttons designed for shower room, aquatic product factory, car wash factory and more. We adopt the technology of self-capacitance measurement, when there is a lot of flowing water on the PCAP touch screen, the touch can still be sensed accurately!

● PCAP Force Touch

For some touch systems that prioritize safety. We incorporate piezoelectric elements to detect pressure on the PCAP touchscreen display. The user needs to apply greater pressure when touching to activate certain safety-related functions. This design also makes the PCAP touch screen less interfered by water and noise, while supporting multi-point and gesture operations.

● Resistive Multi-Touch

RMT solutions feature high reliability and noise immunity of resistive touch technology. It can be combined with multi-touch and gesture operation. Even in a noisy environment, or when there is liquid on the surface of the touch screen, the touch screen can maintain normal operation.

● Optical Bonding Technology

There are various types of mechanism designs for LCD panels in the market, such as: with metal frame, tape sealed frame, Open Cell, etc. AMT optical bonding can support all of them owing to the great features of our Lucent Gel. Please note that, it will be the debut of our optical bonding technology of curved glass to curved LCD panels. This line of products and technology is in pressing need for the market of automotive dashboards!

● PCAP Touch for EV Application

AMT PCAP touch solutions meet EV specifications, can reach automotive temperature grades, and are UV and corrosion-resistant. ● Value-added TDS

We offer standard TDS; to meet customers' project needs, AMT offers a full range of value-added TDS, including:
─ TDS Plus: With mid-frame, anti-vibration function enhanced
─ TDS High Brightness: High brightness LCD panel, anti-UV feature embedded
─ TDS EMC: PCAP touch panel with anti-EMI design

● Lucent Gel

Silicon based soft SOCA, with various thickness from 0.3mm to 1.8mm, for dry bonding purpose, it is able to do bonding on flat LCD panel, curved LCD panel, flat touch panel and also curved touch panel.

● Vi-K & All-Black Coating

Vi-K stands for Virus Killing, is an antiviral/antibacterial coating developed by AMT. It can be applied to glass to provide a Clear or AG finish with more than six years of protection. It is Ideal for public systems, medical equipment, or personal electronics.

All-Black is a black coating material also developed by AMT. It can be coated on glass to create a chic look after the device is turned off. Coupled with AMT optical bonding, it can reduce the color difference between the LCD display area and the black frame of the touch panel, and achieve an all-black appearance.

● Open Frame Touch Monitor

Aside from providing a standard 21.5” Open Frame touch screen, AMT can also tailor our design between 7” to 32” according to customer needs. Customers only have to choose the LCD panel they need, AMT can provide touch panel, AD board, mechanism, and assembly...etc.
