If the waterproof function (WD or WP mode) is enabled, run System Reference in the PenMount PCIUtility in a normal temperature environment and follow the on-screen instructions for setup. 3. If the issue persists, please use the Log Current Device Information feature in the PenMount PCIUtility under abnormal conditions to capture the status of the touch system and provide it to us for further analysis.
