The cursor moves on its own during the MIL-STD-461 CS test. How can this be resolved?
1. Since MIL-STD-461 CS tests at different frequencies, you can use the Frequency Hopping Mode in the PenMount PCIUtility and set it to Enhanced. This will widen the frequency hopping range and increase the number of hops to try to avoid interference frequencies.
2. If the issue persists, please record the frequency range at which the cursor moves on its own during the test. Additionally, use the Log Current Device Information feature in the PenMount Utility to capture the status of the touch system and provide it to us for further analysis.
